Additionally what is nice about the community approach to photo contests is that the fees are small. When a lot of people are part of a community the costs are spread out to more people. Some community also hosts art contests. What's nice about that is that the art contests help pay for the photo contests. A really awesome approach. The downside is that more people are likely entering these contests. While the contests aren't free photo contests they are very inexpensive so there are still many people entering the contests. To address that we recommend entering unique photos that will stand out from the other entries. Use the feedback you receive to make improvements to your submitted photos. And enjoy the other perks. Not only can you enter photo contests you can also be a part of a photo community. That includes selling photos and learning from the feedback you receive on your photos.
